Every security seals leave our manufacturing plants with a unique serial number that is recorded by us to ensure authenticity and full traceability.
What is a Security Seal?A security seal is used to provide an indication of tampering, and act as a deterrent against pilfering and unauthorised entry. Seals are generally classified as Indicative, Security, or Barrier (High Security) and are supplied with a variable or fixed length depending on the applications. Indicative SealsIndicative seals are generally manufactured from plastic materials that have a relatively low breaking point and are easily removed by hand or with a simple tool. They are therefore ideal for providing evidence of unauthorised entry or tampering. Security SealsSecurity seals are constructed and manufactured from material that provides limited resistance to intrusion and requires lightweight tools for removal. Such seals may require inspection to indicate whether tampering has occurred or entry has been attempted. Barrier SealsBarrier seals are constructed and manufactured of material such as metal or metal cable with the intent to delay intrusion. Barrier seals cannot be removed by hand and require the use of bolt cutters.
